You must be at least 21 years of age and a verified resident of Indonesia to register and use 1toto. Age and identity are verified during the KYC process. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing any 1toto product.
Each player is permitted exactly one 1toto account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under another person's details — is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances.
All deposits and withdrawals on 1toto are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No cryptocurrency payments are accepted.
All bonuses awarded on 1toto are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each bonus are published in the individual bonus terms at the time of offer. No bonus may be withdrawn as cash without meeting the stated requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1toto username and password. 1toto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. Enable two-factor authentication to protect your account.
1toto reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by technical error, data feed failure, obvious pricing error, or confirmed match manipulation. Voided bets are returned as stake credit to the player's account balance within 24 hours of the decision.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation or operation of more than one Account — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 1toto reserves the right to close all such Accounts immediately, void any pending Bets, and retain any Balances pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP (Indonesian national identity card) or passport, your date of birth, a valid email address, and an active Indonesian mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of Balance.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 1toto will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 1toto's customer support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 1toto customer support. Upon Account closure, any verified Balance remaining after satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within ten (10) business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
1toto operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) program. KYC verification is required before a Player may process any withdrawal. 1toto may also require KYC completion before permitting deposits or gameplay where the Platform has grounds to question account authenticity.

Standard KYC verification is completed within 15–30 minutes during operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Complex cases or documents requiring additional review may take up to 48 hours. 1toto will communicate the outcome via the Player's registered email address.
1toto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within ten (10) business days may result in temporary suspension of the Account and/or delay of withdrawal processing.
1toto supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet). All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 1toto does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party payment processors not listed above, or payments from accounts not registered in the Player's own verified name.
The current minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The current minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated in the Player's account dashboard. 1toto reserves the right to amend transaction limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.
Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to the Player's Account within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are credited within 5 minutes of confirmed receipt by 1toto's banking partners. Delays attributable to third-party banking systems are outside 1toto's control.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players during 08:00–22:00 WIB are processed within a median time of 3–5 minutes to all supported channels. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of these hours are processed at the start of the next operating window. Withdrawal to a payment method different from the one used for the most recent deposit may require additional verification. 1toto will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
An Account that has had no login activity for ninety (90) consecutive days is classified as dormant. A monthly administrative maintenance fee of Rp 25.000 (or the remaining Balance if lower) applies to dormant Accounts commencing from the ninety-first day of inactivity. Reactivation of a dormant Account by logging in and completing one transaction will cease further fee deductions. Account Balances will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 1toto are subject to the terms of the specific promotion as published at the time of the offer, in addition to these General Terms. Where there is a conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum bet size, and expiry date for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games or at stakes below the minimum will not contribute toward the wagering requirement. Real-money Balance is used before bonus Balance in all Bets unless otherwise specified.
1toto actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to guarantee wagering completion with minimal risk, coordinated bonus claiming across multiple Accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers contrary to their intended spirit. 1toto reserves the right to void bonuses, void Bets, close Accounts, and withhold Balances where abuse is confirmed following investigation.
New Players who complete registration and KYC verification are eligible for a Welcome Bonus on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the terms published at the time of registration. The Welcome Bonus is available once per Player, per household, and per verified payment method. Players who previously held a 1toto Account are not eligible for a further Welcome Bonus.
All Bets placed on the 1toto sportsbook are subject to 1toto's General Sportsbook Rules and the specific rules for the relevant sport, league, or market. Rules for BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, and all other markets are available from the sportsbook rules section of your Account dashboard.
In-play (live) Bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. Once a Bet has been accepted and confirmed, it is binding. 1toto is not responsible for communications delays between the Player's device and the platform servers that may affect the timing of Bet acceptance during live events. Bets placed after the outcome of a relevant event or market has been determined will be voided and the stake returned.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on 1toto are governed by the specific draw rules published for each market (e.g., 2D, 3D, 4D formats). Draw results are determined by the officially published results of the relevant draw source. Disputes regarding draw outcomes must be raised with customer support within 24 hours of the relevant draw result publication.
All slots, video poker, and other random number generator (RNG) games on 1toto use certified RNG technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the individual game information pages. Actual session results may differ from theoretical RTP due to the inherent variance of RNG games.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 1toto platform without prior written consent from 1toto management.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communication of relevant promotional offers (where you have opted in to marketing communications). 1toto does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law and licensing obligations.
1toto reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or a regulatory direction, in which case the amended terms take effect on the date of publication.
Your continued use of the 1toto platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate Account closure before the effective date of the change.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1toto holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body as designated by 1toto at the time the dispute is referred.
Players are encouraged to attempt resolution of any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting 1toto customer support. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and has authority to resolve the majority of account-level disputes within one business day. If the informal resolution process does not result in a satisfactory outcome within ten (10) business days, the formal arbitration process may be initiated by either party.
Nothing in this clause prevents a Player from filing a complaint with any applicable consumer protection authority in Indonesia.
